Apartment prices are given in Euro and are per apartment per night with minimum and maximum occupancy and a minimum stay of nights.

€ 3,00 per person and night charged separately (not payable for children aged below 15 years old)

On request we offer an extensive breakfast, or a daily bread delivery service to your apartment/room.

Arrival and departure:
The apartments are available for occupancy from 3:00pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to please leave your apartment by 9:00am at the latest.

Cash or by advance bank transfer.
Reservations:
A booking is only valid after the receipt of a written booking confirmation! As soon as a reservation is made, the general Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
Deposit:
A deposit is required for a fixed reservation (as described in the reservation letter). Terms and conditions are in accordance with the general Austrian hotel contract conditions.
Travel insurance:
We recommend you take Rinsurance covering travel cancellations www.europäische.at.
Cancellation conditions:
- 90 days before arrival: 40%
- 30 days before arrival: 70%
- 7 days before arrival: 90%
